It was in Strasbourg in 1780, under the reign of Louis XVI, that the foie gras was initially presented a to the world by J. P. Clause, gifted cook at the govemor's of Alsace. Founded in 1852, Georges BRUCK represents the last of the family owned producers of Foie Gras in Strasbourg since 5 generations and stands as the main ambassador of « Foie Gras de Strasbourg » all the world over. The care in our Foie Gras production at Georges BRUCK's, has not changed since 1852 and our quality results from an experience implemented with the latest manufacturing process. Through a permanent and rigourous control of our raw material and production by craftsmen, Georges BRUCK guarantees its excellency. Every single liver due to be used is personnally selected by our Chef and carefully examined. The secret mix of spices gives Georges BRUCK Foie Gras its distinctive aroma.
